for those of you that don't know, Vespa scooters have a spare tire! This picture is of T.Mo making use of his spare. 15 minutes later he has a BLOWOUT and almost wipes us both out, after we stop laughing about our near death experience(?), he puts on my spare tire and we make our way up into Northern Oklahoma and back with no other major incidents. These scooters were designed to buzz around on tiny Italian roads, not be fully packed down tour machines as we used them. We had some Fun though!
actually it's called a "Low Water Crossing", and the water was about 6-8" deep and moving pretty good. T.Mo rode right into it and found out that it was also covered in algae! He went splash!
