From: Martha Barbosa

Hey everyone. Just wanted to post a little something. I’m going motorcycle riding through Corsicana, TX (first time on a bike J)and then playing some dominoes in my Tmo’s memory on Friday (01/22). Anyways, this year one my resolutions is to be more friendly and social (influenced much by Tim) so I was wondering if anyone would care to join? My e-mail is marthaletybarboza@yahoo.com. I know it’s such a short notice but thought I’d try anyways. And if not it’d be nice to hear what other people are doing. Alright well, I love you all J

His Sugary Coated Birscuit of Love, (ß Yes that’s the nickname he gave me, love it J)

  2. Ironically I am in the studio tomorrow with the same band I was in when I got the news last year or I would probably roll with you. I'm paying tribute by celebrating his birthday, January 29th, and doing the same... riding in the hill country west of Austin on the roads he loved so much.

Be safe and enjoy yourself... that's what TMO would want, for sure.

  4. I know the feeling, Dan. Riding motorcycles is something I've done all my life but it seems a little less enjoyable these days. None the less I can't give it up. There is a sense of freedom I get from it that I can't seem to find elsewhere -Steve

  5. Right on Steve! Not passing judgement, I just choose to hang it up. I got my 1st minibike when I was 11 or 12 years old and like you, have ridden most of my life.I feel lucky because there are way too many dumb asses out there driving today! Kids also change your perspective on things. I still skateboard and I still feel like a little kid while I am doing it! Burn up some Hill Country miles for T!-Dan

  6. everywhere i look, there are rallies, runs, etc, and like you gents, it's either fear of safety or fear of riding without a co-pilot who knows where the waffle houses are and which ones have a jukebox with the waffle family songs on it. man it's lonely w/o T.

  8. My wife and daughter and I went out with Jenny L and Eric and had a birthday celebration dinner at Matt's El Rancho. It was totally TMO-style. Lot's of great stories and food. That's the beauty of TMO. He always brought people together and still is. I love him dearly.
