April was the month me and TMO hit the Hill Country roads hard on our bikes and usually ended up a Coopers BBQ in Llano. The roads aren't quite as fun and the BBQ not quite as tasty, but I made it out there recently and happened to take a picture of the pit. Definitely one of TMO's favorite pit stops to eat at. Thanks for the idea, Dan. It's a good one.

I was just on my way to St.Louis and stopped off in Springfield to eat breakfast at Aunt Martha's Pancake House (a place T.Mo & I frequented often during motorcycles rides), and I thought it might be fun to post pictures of different places T.Mo loved to Eat? The thing that blew me away the most was when Aunt Martha came in the front door!!! She was ancient 20 years ago! The food is Great if anyone is ever in that area, you should check it out. -Dan

P.S.- I also stopped in Eufala,Oklahoma to have a piece of pie at the J&M, but they were closed on sunday.

I dream of Teemie

On Saturday morning the wife woke up and told me of a dream she had of TMO. There was something to do with chip crushing and tattoos. It sounded great. I will have to get her to elaborate for us on the blog. More to come.....

Hey everyone. Just wanted to post a little something. I’m going motorcycle riding through Corsicana, TX (first time on a bike J)and then playing some dominoes in my Tmo’s memory on Friday (01/22). Anyways, this year one my resolutions is to be more friendly and social (influenced much by Tim) so I was wondering if anyone would care to join? My e-mail is marthaletybarboza@yahoo.com. I know it’s such a short notice but thought I’d try anyways. And if not it’d be nice to hear what other people are doing. Alright well, I love you all J

Hey guys, Steve Chadie here. I finally found this picture of me and TMO and a couple of other good dudes from 1984. My mom snapped it as we came tumbling out of my room one afternoon hence the silly grin and lost looks :-) It is one of only a half a dozen or so I have of him and I've been looking for it for almost a year. I'm going to post it on the blog as soon as I figure out how to, but in the meantime I thought you all would like to have it.

meeting tmo...wish it were some grand story. but when i moved to dallas to go to school i knew noone. and i would go into grinders on greenville and tmo one day just starting talking to me about dominoes. i found that fascinating. i grew up in the back woods of east texas so i know my dominoes because my whole family are FANATICS...all the games..42 and on and on. TMO knew them. I had never met someone who rode a vespa and listened to cool music AND knew dominoes. enlightenment. tmo was just himself. not trying to be anything else. domino playing. would talk to a stranger and then engage them enough to pull them in and suddenly he was your best friend.
